For the purpose of managing the collection of payments for services relating to your status as a client, Pellicer y Heredia Abogados will pass on your first name, surname, national identity number and bank account number to the bank or building society where the firm holds an account for direct debit purposes.

How long will we keep your data?

Your data will be retained for the minimum period necessary to ensure the proper provision of the service offered, as well as to meet any obligations that may arise from it and any other legal requirements.

When you contact us via the online form so that we can inform you about the services we provide, we will retain your data until you ask us to delete it.

Once we have received your CV, we will retain your personal data for one year.
