Biography

Ignacio Pellicer Mollá is one of the most recognised international lawyers on the Spain and a founding partner of Pellicer & Heredia. Over two decades of practice, he has built a reputation — advising foreign investors, high-net-worth individuals and businesses on complex cross-border legal and tax matters involving Spain.

His education has a distinctly international flavour, having taken place across four countries: he completed Erasmus programmes at the University of Southampton and the University of Salerno, before obtaining his Master’s degree in International Law at the I.S.D.E. Law Business School in Barcelona. He subsequently sat the competitive examinations to join the Spanish judiciary – one of the most demanding legal examinations in the country – which enabled him to develop a command of procedural law that few professionals in the private sector can match.

Beyond client work, Ignacio serves as Vice President of the International Law Section of the Alicante Bar Association, holds the qualification of Listed Spanish Official Executor, and has participated in the International Arbitration Group of the London Court of Arbitration. He advises fluently in Spanish, English, and Italian — which means most of his international clients never need an intermediary.
